Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the metadogeswap platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, effective from January 1, 2026. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

These terms apply to all users, including registered account holders, visitors, and any party accessing metadogeswap services through the API or third-party integrations.

Permitted Use

You may use metadogeswap solely for lawful purposes. You must not use the platform to conduct fraudulent transactions, circumvent AML/KYC requirements, or access services from jurisdictions where digital asset trading is prohibited.

User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorized it.

metadogeswap will never ask for your password via email or chat. Report any unauthorized access immediately to our security team.

Intellectual Property

All platform content, trademarks, software, and interface design are the exclusive property of metadogeswap. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

metadogeswap is not liable for trading losses resulting from market volatility, order execution delays caused by network congestion, or user error in order placement.

Our maximum aggregate liability to any single user for any claim arising from platform use shall not exceed the total fees paid by that user in the 90 days preceding the claim.

Third-Party Services

metadogeswap integrates third-party payment processors, KYC providers, and blockchain networks. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of these external services.

Account Security

You must enable two-factor authentication within 72 hours of account creation. metadogeswap reserves the right to suspend accounts that show signs of unauthorized access or suspicious activity.

Your Rights

You have the right to request account closure at any time. Outstanding balances will be returned to verified withdrawal addresses within 5 business days of a confirmed closure request.

Changes to Terms

metadogeswap may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance. Last updated: January 2026.
